Tomorrow this darling girl is leaving for Africa. For the WHOLE summer.

she also went to ethiopia a few years ago.

She is going to Uganda to work with the people in the village of Lugazi. Specifially, she'll be working with the women who make jewelry. She'll help them start up a store and help them make money. She'll also be teaching english and hopefully rafting down the Nile River.

I'm really gonna miss Abs this summer. We've spent every summer together since I was in high school swimming, going to Hawaii, shopping, horseback rides, going on drives, cleaning the tack shed, talking David into taking us boating, and mostly just talking. I'm sooo sad she'll be missing my wedding and won't be able to give a speech, but I know that Africa needs her and she will do amazing things down there. The people of Africa are lucky to have her. She will light up their life and have such an amazing experience.

We'll have a HUGE barn talk when she gets home on my birthday in August.

Remember Abs, "It's all about the experience!!" Love you darlin! Be safe and have fun!
