anthro. & pottery barn please!

due to a massive flood in our basement, my parents FINALLY agreed to redo the whole basement. and FINALLY i talked my mom into letting me be in charge of the decorating... at least as of now. it's a lot harder when she's the one with the credit card...
this is a dream come true! my mom and i rarely agree on decorating things (which might be trouble in the months to come...) but i'm glad she's given me the go ahead to start looking. except one little thing.. apparently i don't get to pick the carpet or paint, but the rest is mine! it's hard to know what to pick without the carpet or paint, but here's an idea.....

a neutral color couch so it can be loaded with...

colorful pillows like these and...

...these colorful blankets to cuddle up for movie nights.

and these for sleepovers.

and this for a good book... but i'd love a bright yellow chair  go here
